Collaboration STRASSBURGER FILTER GmbH & Co. KG und FILTROX AG
FILTROX AG, a leading provider of depth filtration solutions for the beverage, food, and life science industries, today announced a long-term strategic partnership with STRASSBURGER Filter GmbH & Co. KG, a specialist in industrial filter equipment and components. The collaboration combines the strengths of both companies to expand their offering in filter equipment, spare parts, and filtration solutions, while ensuring continuity, high service quality, and long-term support for customers worldwide.
FILTROX AG, a leading provider of depth filtration solutions for the beverage, food, and life science industries, and STRASSBURGER Filter GmbH & Co. KG, a specialist in industrial filter equipment and components, announced today a long-term strategic partnership to strengthen their combined offering in filter equipment, spare parts, and filtration solutions. As part of this collaboration, STRASSBURGER will assume responsibility for the global spare parts, service, and repair business of FILTROX filter equipment. This ensures continued availability, high service quality, and long-term support for customers operating FILTROX systems. STRASSBURGER commits to safeguarding this spare parts business for at least the next ten years.
The agreement also provides the framework for a broader technical and commercial collaboration. STRASSBURGER will take over the NOVOX and DISCSTAR filter apparatus product lines, including the associated brand names, intellectual property, and technical documentation. FILTROX will continue to offer and develop its full portfolio of depth filter media as well as equipment for single use solutions independently.
To support a smooth transition, FILTROX will actively assist STRASSBURGER in customer handover, technical clarification, and application support. Joint customer visits, coordinated sales activities, and shared market exchanges are planned to ensure seamless service and long-term value creation for all stakeholders. As a leading manufacturer of depth filter media, FILTROX will continue to provide the depth filter media to be used in filter equipment manufactured by FILTROX, STRASSBURGER and other providers.
While coordinating their efforts, both companies remain completely independent and will continue to develop their strong brands globally. This partnership will allow both FILTROX and STRASSBURGER to focus on their respective core business, while giving their customers access to a broader product portfolio in filtration. “This partnership allows us to focus on our core competencies in filtration media and application expertise, while ensuring that our customers continue to receive reliable service and support for their installed equipment base,” said Dr. Cristian Rusch, CEO of FILTROX AG.
